What if we all stopped; stopped for a minute to just listen? Took a deep breath and listened to the messages that our inner guidance system is trying to tell us. Listened to the cues our bodies are presenting. What would your guidance system or body say? What would it say that you needed? I would encourage you to close your eyes. Start by calling yourself home. Imagine all the particles of your being, floating back to you. Like you are a magnet to yourself. Then sit still in silence for just a moment to hear the inner whisper, the inner yearning for what your soul or body is needing. Mine said take a nap and chill out and that is exactly what I did on Saturday. Listen. What is your saying?
